Journaling is one of the best ways to let out many emotions that are building inside. But sometimes people get into journaling in different ways. And sometimes it helps them to stay on track. So if you are like me and want to get into journaling but don't know how to use it or what you want to write in it, then these are some ideas;

BULLET JOURNAL

A bullet journal can be a way for you to plan and/or keep yourself on track. Usually, people draw on trackers for various topics in which they want to get better at or remember to do. They can help with creating new habits, and even just allow you to make more of your days.

DAILY JOURNAL

In a daily journal, you write down what happened throughout your day. This is a great way to reflect on what happened that day and can help get out tensed-up emotions from certain times during the day.

REFLECTIVE JOURNAL

A reflective journal is a place to write down your daily reflection entries. It can be something good or bad that has happened to you that you can self-reflect on and learn from past experiences. A reflective journal can help you to identify important learning events that had happened in your life.
