THE RASPBERRY
MANGO, BANANA SMOOTHIE
*serves 2-4 people*
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of fresh raspberries
- 2 fresh bananas
- 1 cup of frozen mangos
- 3/4 cup of plain greek yogurt
- handful of ice
HOW TO MAKE THE SMOOTHIE
add raspberries, bananas, mangos, greek yogurt, and ice to the blender.
blend, you might need to stir it in between blending periods.
pour the smoothie into cup(s) and serve.
SMOOTHIE RECIPE TIPS
- use all frozen fruit to allow the smoothie to be thicker.
- add more greek yogurt if smoothie is too thick.
Remember that when making a smoothie it should be what you like. Base your smoothie on what your preferences are. Do you want your smoothie thicker? Sure. Do you like it thinner? Sure. Whatever you like, you can make it possible.
